Not one bit. It's frikkin' terrible. It's just another Pikachu clone, with the exact same stats to it. It excells at speed (although it's far from impressive), but is bad at everything else. Oh, but Emolga is Electric and Flying type. Which makes it weak against Rock and Ice. Holy crap, what a horrible Pokémon.

Come to think of it, Gen 5 was a terrible generation in terms of new Pokémon introductions... ^^'

Emolga is my second favorite Electric-Type Rodent. Only behind Dedenne.
