Anyone else think Robert Knepper should have won an emmy?

The guy's Актёрское искусство is fantastic in PB, what he does with his lines is awesome. He plays T-Bag masterfully. I think his Актёрское искусство was deffinatly emmy worthy, what do Ты guys think?
