I think he/she means Pucca and Ching chasing after Faru and Abyo.

They may have done, if that was the case then sorry, however i cant understand most of what they are writing.

If this was the case - I dont think that Pucca and Garu and Ching and Abyo are meant to be together., Lets face it, they are all children, and most of the time, the girls develop crushes earlier than boys, this is all this is, a crush. Because of this the boys keep running away from the girls thus making it funny.
