Are they ever gonna dub Rosa-Vam in English?!

I dont think they will mostly because this Аниме has been out for 2 years and they have had plenty of time to dub at least the first season and it hasnt happend. but a Фан on Youtube has attempted to rectify that and has dubbed it herself.
The chanel is hellkitty theater and she has only dubbed the first 3 episodes. I think that its pretty good for it being done by an ameture.
