nope. roy wouldn't fall for someone like riza that way. he sees her as a beloved sister. she is too much of a military presence to interest him like that. the military does not encourage Любовь with your subordinates. riza is too caught up in the rules and regulations of the military to go against them, and roy just does not see her that way.
