Randomly British Bakura?!

Why did 4Kids give him a British accent...? I'm so confused. XD Did I miss something?
I remember him speaking very politely in the Japanese, so maybe that's the only reason? Kinda dumb.

not only that but in the Манга and sesun 0 he was a transfere student so of cres he wued hve an acsent
