Well there is a petition for Sailor Moon. Ты don't need to worry if Ты want to или not. All they ask Ты for your name, your email, and if Ты want to Ты could post a coment. When Ты type your email they ask Ты if Ты want your email as Private, Available to Petition Author, или Public. Ты don't need to sing up just to sing a petition.
