Yes and no, if she is only quiet and wears black and is a cat girl (as in part cat) или simply likes cats, then no not really. If she wore mostly black или dark Цвета (in a classy and civilized way), liked cats, despised dogs, and spoke little but when she did it had confidence and meaning ,and she has the strength to back it (like Violet from my BOOK Hybrid). That would be the perfect girl for Sebastian. With your's it could be that Sebastian sees the innocence and purity in her. And that would also be a perfect girl for Sebastian other then that I can't really see any other type of girl that Sebastian would go for. But it's your story not mine.
