Ok so I wasn't sure about adding angel season 1 (was a bit of an after thought really). But then Spike was in an episode to I thought it was only fair to add it in.
If you don't agree then just don't pick it!

I did only see Buffy one until three. So I have to pick Angel 5 because there Spike is really awesome.

lol i know he's only in one episode but the opening seen of in to the dark is the best scene ever "evil is afoot and i'm almost out of that nancy boy hair gel i like so much, quickly to the angel mobile AWAAAY!" OMG make me laugh every time!

there were a lot of spike-centric episodes in this season. Angel season 5 is second. That fight between spike and angel was the most awesome episode I've seen

Wow ok so I am a hardcore Spike fan so it was hard for me to pice really I love anyof them really..so I went with 6 just because I love Rest in Peace.

i love spike in season 2 of buffy hes like one of the main bads of the whole season up until the second to last episode!

But I love anything Spike is in!

Season 4, we really got a good laugh when it came to him, he was a total smart ass all the way and it was incredibly funny.

he may have only been in one episode, but i agree with amazondebs angel season 1 episode three is just hilarious!!
otherwise i love spike pretty much all the time. i thought id hate him once he loved buffy but whedon made it work somehow.

I love season 7.But i also love season 4 he was so hiarious in that season

I love season 6 , and 7

season 7 was full of self hatred and loathing for spike but he came out of it a true hero and it was good to watch him blossem =)

he was nice and sweet, but still funny and wicked hot.

i love spike in every season....but i think he is DEFINITELY the best in season 2!

ahhhhhhhh its so hard to choose - but this is when Spike was finely part of the show - in a big way - he was abel to help Buffy and he was - still bad ass - plus hes was funny too

Reeeally hard choice, but Spike was just about the ONLY good thing about season 4. I liked when he and Buffy still hated each other, but he was still a member of the gang :D

I of course love him in season 7 as well, but sometimes I miss Big Bad Spike.

I love them all but I'm going with 5 because that was when I stopped really liking Spike and fell in love with Spike because it's when you start to see his sweeter, softer side. (I probably would have loved him in season 3 or 4 but I missed it so I didn't get to see it until it was rerun 2 years later)
