We all know TVD is not one of those teen drama shows. Yes, Ты have people who are still in HS, and who sometimes, act like kids. But Ты also have 160 год old Вампиры who are not your typical every день guys.

TVD is not One дерево Hill, или Gossip Girl, или Dawson's Creek. Stefan would never cheat on Elena, and if she ever leaves him, he's not going to turn to the first girl that smiles to him. The great tragedy of his character is that he's this amazing guy who has a lot to offer and every girl would be lucky to have him (vampire или not), but he has eyes for only one girl, Elena. Even if she leaves him for some other guy, even if she dies, he's not going to stop loving her. She's his one and his only, and he's going to spend the eternity in Любовь with her - with her by his side или not.
I hate when people compare tv shows to the slightest detail, because I truly believe every tv Показать is special, even if it does have so many similarities to some other show. But I see TVD often being compared to BtVS, mostly because of Stefan/Elena/Damon and Angel/Buffy/Spike. I Любовь BtVS, and it'll always be my Избранное show. Although, those two shows are very different.. from the beginning BtVS was about Buffy, and Энджел was a supporting actor, and his character really wasn't developed until he got his own show. He was Buffy's boyfriend. From the start, TVD was different.. to us, it wasn't represented as a story about Elena Gilbert, but as a Любовь story between Stefan and Elena, their Друзья and family who we came to Любовь или hate. Although the shows are different, there are some similarities between Bangel and Stelena. But every great Любовь has similarities. Энджел left Buffy, so she can start her life, so he can start his, so they can grow up and figure out what are they supposed to do.. so they can fall in Любовь all over again, and maybe in the end, go back to each other. But like said, from the beginning, the Показать was about Buffy.. their Любовь was a big part of the show, but not the most important one. TVD.. is different. Elena and Stefan are leading characters, and we can't imagine the Показать without them. To be honest, I can't imagine the Показать without any of the characters, but that's a different story. So, I guess, my Вопрос is, is there a TVD without Stelena? или is there a TVD with Delena? Because like I said, Энджел left so both him and Buffy can Переместить on with their lives.. because if he stayed, I really don't believe Buffy could ever find someone else to love, and I know he wouldn't either. She wouldn't be able to look him in the eyes and tell him she's in Любовь with someone else.. same goes for him. But the Вопрос is.. can Elena? Can she bring Stefan Главная and tell him that it's over? Because if she's going to do that, she can leave him with Klaus, because he'll feel like dying if he hears those words coming from her mouth. Can there be Delena with Stefan around? IMO, that would be completely out of character. For Stefan, if he ends up being "ok" with the situation, because we all know he can't be "ok" while Elena is with someone else, nevertheless his brother, and I don't want to watch him whine and lurk in the shadows for the time Delena is on. For Elena, because she сказал(-а) so many things to Stefan that made both us, him and her think she's really going to Любовь him forever, is she really going to throw that in the wind? And for Damon, who's supposed to be this new hero on the road of redemption.. would be moral and right Переместить to be with Elena when he knows Stefan is always going to be in Любовь with her, and that one part of Elena will always Любовь Stefan?
For me, this Показать was never about Elena choosing Stefan или Damon. For me, this Показать is about Stelena Любовь story, about the relationship between Stefan and Damon, about Stefan finally loving woman with his whole сердце and soul but not ending up disappointed, about Elena and her act of heroism, about Damon finally realizing he can be happy without making others feel miserable, and about all the other characters and their stories.
