Эй, Guys just here to tell Ты that it's not your fault and Ты can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that Ты can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that Ты can do... Ты can and don't let anything tell Ты otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to Ты talk to someone that Ты know well and can trust, becasue if Ты just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the сердце ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if Ты have one because they can help Ты throuth it too.
