Why are Tales of Хеталия so unknown?

Tales of Хеталия is not that really known well probably because it's a bit new.
If I remember well, Tales of Хеталия was only Опубликовано on YouTube this год whereas other Хеталия RPGs, such as HetaOni and RomaHeta, have been around for, I don't really know, a year? Two years? Tales of Хеталия has probably been around for a few months. (From what I know.)
For things too get Популярное and known, they need time along with a good concept, which I already think it has.
