Do Ты think Katniss and Peeta are звезда Crossed Lovers?

ONLY in the first book. I don't need a definition for звезда crossed lovers, I just need your opinion because I'm stuck between thinking that Katniss pretended the whole time to Любовь Peeta and thinking that she actually has some feelings for him

I also think they do qualify as star-crossed: they definitely have enough obstacles in their way.
