this was a COMPLETE inspiration. i loved the book and the movie. everyone taught me something:
"Ponyboy taught me that things are rough all over, and even though it may not seem like it, people deeply care about you.

Sodapop taught me that its okay to get laid back sometimes.

Darry taught me to protect the ones i love.

Dally taught me that if youre tough, Ты wont get hurt.

Two-Bit taught me that its okay to make a joke evey once in a while.

Steve taught me that Ты should always stick with your Друзья and that people WILL think youre weird if Ты do flips off of cars.

And Johnny?

Johnny Cade taught me to Stay Gold..."

this book really gave me insiration. its insiring me to try Письмо again. i am now trying to write a story about greasers and how they ARE people too. i have just been дана so much inspiration. i could never have looked at the world the way i do now without the gang, especially without Ponyboy Curtis...
