Author's Note: I don't usually post my fanfictions here, so this is my first one. It may not be perfect, but I tried my best. Anyways, this story takes place during Season 3 so the Winx are still on Enchantix. Enjoy!

Layla's P.O.V

As I walk into the classroom, I saw her again. She was sitting in her usual spot; in the last row beside the window. She had pale blonde hair with purple streaks and a pale skin color. I could see that she was wearing a black long-sleeved рубашка with purple leggings and long leather boots. I stood Холодное сердце as she turned around, she had the most strange red eyes with a very strange look. "Layla? Are Ты okay?" Stella snapped me back into reality. "Oh," I said. "What happened?" Suddenly, Stella looked over at that girl and sighed. "Oh," she сказал(-а) "You saw the new girl?" "Yeah." I answered "Who is she?" "Her name is Melanie." Musa and the other Winx just came. "She is really strange, Ты know? She never smiles and she never talks to anyone. And to tell Ты the truth, she kinda scares me." "Yeah, me too." Flora said. "I don't know why, but yeah I agree with Ты guys." Bloom said. Stella and Tecna nodded. "Well, I think-" I began to say, but I was interrupted by Ms. Faragonda. "Okay girls, take your seats." she said. "Today we are going to practice the same spell from yesterday."

"Are Ты coming Layla?" Tecna asked. "You guys go ahead, I'll catch up with Ты later. I just forgot my jacket." I told her. "Okay" she сказал(-а) and went with the other Winx. As I was going to my room, I suddenly bump into someone. "Ow!" I hear them shout. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" I say as I start to get up. "It's okay." The person replies, and that's when I see two red eyes in front of me. "Oh!" I gasped. "You must be Melanie." "How do Ты know?" she asks suspiciously. "I heard about you." I told her. "Oh, I see." she answered. "So, what are Ты doing?" "Oh, I'm going somewhere with my Друзья now. Do Ты wanna come with us?" I told her. I was actually hoping that the Winx and I can get to know Melanie. "No, that's okay. I have some things to take care of first." she replied. "But maybe we can hang out some other time" "Yeah" I replied. "Are Ты coming?" I heard Tecna shout from downstairs. "Yeah, I'm coming!" I shout back, then I turn back to Melanie. "I should probably go now." "Okay." Melanie simply replies. "It was nice meeting you." "You too." I replied. "Oh and by the way, I'm Layla" Melanie gasped as soon as I сказал(-а) that, and she had a strange expression on her face. "Um, are Ты okay?" I asked her. "Oh," she said. "Yeah I'm fine." "Okay, I gotta go now." I сказал(-а) "Bye!" I flashed her a smile. "Bye!" Melanie replied, with a simple smile. After she left, I sighed. Melanie was nothing like the Winx described her. She was very nice and kind, but I still could not forget that look on her face when she heard my name.
