Whilst I agree with you about the attraction to the girl part, he'd only known her for what, two days? I just can't seem to grasp what was going through his head to think that was okay. I mean, I could've maybe understood if it was after a couple episodes, but one? NUH UH.

I know this sounds bad, but I think an empty ring box was better for Tiva then one that had an engagement ring in. Goodness knows what she would've said otherwise.

tony reminds me of my uncle way back when. girls left and right, one night stands, where physical and sexual attraction is all there is.
nothing more nothing less. i think that's what happen to tony and whatsherface. that's why it fizzled out so easily as well.
i don't think ziva would have said yes. (goodness i really hope not!) not straight away. she still has some issues and inner demons to deal with before she can come to that.

Just the arrogance of Ray giving her the box and expecting her to wait for him after all that had happened. I just hope its not too long before Ziva realises he's not what she needs and kicks him to the kerb!

And the whole Tony/EJ thing any woman that gives herself to a man so easily is not gonna last long in his life. He knew it was just a bit of fun, but being Tony tried to make it more. He's growing up and wanting more but EJ was the wrong person.
