Personality: Not the brightest bulb in the room. His mind is mixed up with Мультики and sugar. He can be rather clumsy at times with his unattentiveness but doesn't like to see others sad and tries to help whenever his personality doesn't get in the way.

Bio: When Neon was just 8 months old, his father brutally murdered his mother which wounded him up in jail for life. Before she died however, his mom bought him a light blue teddy медведь that he has kept ever since.
