1. I think that Catherine of Aragon was an amazing woman and I admire her strength and determination greatly.

2. There is a fine line between love and hate, and the opposite of either is indifference. Henry loved Anne as much as he hated her in the end. Only true love can switch that easily. He didn't want anyone else to have her. Plus there was that pesky ego of his, the one that said that he'd never admit he was wrong. Divorcing her and shipping her off like he did with KoA, so he trumped up charges by those he knew disliked her, who wanted to see her fall, to make him look like the wronged one.

4. It bothers me greatly when people say crap like "If only Anne had a son, then Henry could love her." NO! If you think that's love then you're messed up.

I don't think he really loved her, he was infatuated, obssessed to the point of madness, but nothing more. I don't think you'd be able to hate someone if you truly love someone, that doesn't make sense.

In my opinion, Katherine of Aragon was the wife with whom Henry had the great historic love because I truly believe that she was the love of his life despite the fact that he hurt her later on after her numerous miscarriages with their children. If only Henry and the doctors had known what medical doctors know now, I do believe that history would be different.
