Well, its actually pretty half and half some of the couples I ship get endgame and some don't. Ya and a lot of the couples I ship, there show hasn't ended yet so I'm not sure.

Some shows I watch haven't ended yet, so I can't give you an answer on those. But most of the couples I ship aren't endgame. Then again, a few of my favorite shows are by Joss Whedon. If you watch a Whedon show, just expect to get your heart broken right now. Besides that... Do Rose/Doctor 10.5 count as end game for Rose/Ten?
Psych-It'd be awesome if Shules was endgame (show's not over)
Bones- Angela/Hodgins and Booth/Brennan have to be endgame! (show's not over)
Buffy slayer of the Vampyres ;) No one was endgame.
Angel- I shipped Cordelia/Angel and Fred/Wesley. Cordelia died, Fred "died" and Wesley died.
Dollhouse- Victor/Sierra was sorta endgame. There was hope, but their relationship wasn't exactly stable.

It's split pretty evenly for me... but more of my top 11 (I can't choose a top 10) have gotten end game than haven't.

-Buffy & Angel--- no, but it was kind of left open ended
-Brooke & Lucas--- no.
-Monica & Chandler--- yes.
-Willow & Tara--- no, but I don't think anyone can deny that Willow will never love anyone as much as she loved Tara.
-Lois & Clark (new adventures of superman)--- yes.
-Bo & Hope--- most likely. Who knows when Days of our Lives will go off the air, but I can pretty much say with all certainty that unless (God forbid!) one of the actors dies before the show goes off the air, Bo & Hope will always find their way back to each other.
-Ross & Rachel--- yes.
-Nathan & Haley-- I will assume yes even though the show hasn't ended.
- Willow & Oz--- no.
-Brooke & Julian--- once again, I will assume yes even though the show hasn't ended.

It's pretty 50/50 I think. Out of my two OTP's Mulder/Scully got endgame, and I KNOW Dean/Castiel will NOT get endgame since they aren't even really together (nor will they ever be)

I said no because of some of my favorite couples that haven't gotten endgame. Brucas, Jeyton, Phole, Rory/Jess, Spuffy, Cangel, Dean/Lisa (I know they won't be) Sam/Sara, Wesley/Fred...and more.

Some couples I love are still up in the air and some couples I love have gotten endgame (or I know they will) but wow, I actually realized a lot of couples I love didn't get endgame :((
