I don't like him, because
1) yes he is a creepy stalker
2) It's stupid for him to be suicidal, but I kind of get it.
3) That doesn't make him a whore, the guy in my one story had the same situation, but he was drunk so he had an excuse.
4) Yup Edward's a retard because he sparkles.
5) That's not very nice, I'm going to reference the character I mentioned in three again, maybe Edward just needs a friend like that guy does.
I still say my unnamed story character is awesomer than Edward though.

Although i may not agree with your examples my personal opinion is:

i absolutely adore him for his old english vocabulary, and he is rather on the dreamy side. he seems to be a little on the edgy dangerous side, yet it also shows that he is rather careful in what he does. i think that his wiplash of an attitude is extremely amusing, and i can't help but be in love!

Well ,I don't really hate him, but I'm on his oppisite team(Jacob's).But I don't think it's appropriat to ask why Ты hate someone.

Edward wasn't being a stalker, he was trying to keep Bella safe.Stalkers are people who stare at Ты for no good reason.Edward isn't a stalker.

He is not suicidal either.He was guilty for leaving Bella.He thought she was dead.Woulndn't Ты hate to know that becuase Ты left, someone Ты loved had died.But he did not know Bella was alive.He would've rather not have lived with that feeling,and becuase he is a vampire,he lives forever.
