A couple of years i cant remember exactly how many, but she had to wait and then the comprimise was to marry edward b4 he would change her and she finally agreed as long as they could have well u know before she was changed and then she fell pregnant with nessie and had to wait, she died giving birth but edward gave her a venom injection straight to her сердце and bit her all over putting venom into her vains and was able to bring her back as a vampire :) x
