Why doesnt anyone ever feel bad for Edward in New Moon?

I mean i feel like,especially recently, most people blame Edward for everything that happened in New Moon.
Just stop and think. We all know that he did it for his family`s sake and mostly to protect Bella. Don`t Ты think that he felt very upset when his own brother attacked the reason he`s still alive? And for him it was so much harder to leave Bella..his feeling are much stronger. But he did it anyway, thinking only about her. ..After all they`ve been through.
I find his actions brave,not thoughtless.

So i just want to know what Ты guys think and if Ты think that Edward is the reason for everything that happened to Bella,then why so?

At least as hard, или harder than it was for Bella, and that was pretty miserable.

He was a martyr! Giving up on Любовь after a century to protect the one he loved the most!
And I'm with you! People (I'm not saying everyone!) blame him and say that Jake was the hero for saving Bella, but Edward was the real hero!
He left Bella, the one he loved above all, to save her! In my opinion, the one that makes himself suffer to protect the one he loves, is the hero! The one that prefers to suffer then to make the one he loves suffer for who he is the hero!

But if we all agreed the world wouldn't be the same.... Part of the human being is disagreing between things! And, although, I believe(just like you) that Edward did a hard act, making him suffer, not everyone does, and we must respect their opinion!

Yes.... I know that! And I have added that Jacob is, in fact, a hero too! But what I was saying is that many people see Jake as the hero and think that Edward is just a stupid vampire that left Bella heartbroken! That is not true! He did what he thought was best to protect Bella!

They have to understand, She was nearly killed and he didn't want to harm her. His family didn't even want to harm her. They all agreed to leave so she wouldn't get hurt. I mean, Bella already knows what she wants but Edward is basically a pessimist and blames himself for everything not to mention he doesn't even believe he has a soul anymore. The way he thinks is very sad and depressing and Ты just can't help but feel bad for him.
