Should I read the series before watching the movie или after?

I'm interested in the story, but I'm not sure what the most enjoyable way to get started is.

If Ты are a visual person i would go and watch the movie, i like to do that when a new book to screen adaptation comes out cos Ты can visualise the places and characters better. Also, if Ты see the movie first Ты wont be as disappointed.

It was SO nice to read the book afterwards, all the small details got explained and the twilight universe that I already loved I came to Любовь even more.

In that way Ты wont get disappointed by the movie either.

I enjoy Чтение Книги first (before the movies) with any series. Typiclly (and in the case of the Twilight Series,) the Книги are much better then the Фильмы because of all the details. It's also better to read the book first because it's fun picturing the characters and later comparing them to the movie. If Ты watch the movie Ты have no imagination for what everything looks like.

Чтение the Книги first allows for еще creativity and еще enjoyment out of Чтение the books. (When Чтение first Ты can't put the Книги down because Ты want to know what happens.)

they left out a LOT in the movie thats not in the book so the movie is kind of choopy and fast pace Ты have to have read the Книги to really get the movie and enjoy it.

I watched the film first and after when I read the book I understood why Edward does certain things in the movie, for example, in their first biology class, why Edward was Актёрское искусство weird towards her.

I would recommend Чтение the Книги first though, because then Ты feel like Ты know the characters more.

I normally read the Книги first when it comes to ones that have been made into Фильмы however this time i deviated from and watched the movie first and after watching the movie it made me want to read the Книги even more. As of this posting i have reread the Книги еще than i have re-watched the movie, but it really all comes down to your personal choice.

It depends on you, because if you're a movie sort of person, Ты can start on the movie first then the book. But then when Ты start the book first Ты would have the facts in the movie and the еще Ты can understand the movie.

But in some movies, they cut some important parts and if Ты start with movie Ты wouldn't enjoy the book much because Ты would like predict what is going to happen and there's not much excitement in that. So I suggest that Ты read the book first.

When I saw the trailer for New Moon, I go t a little aggravated with the way they had manipulated some of the scenes. it will be еще interesting to Ты if Ты invision the characters, etc. in your mind before Ты try to adapt to the movie. Ты may not like the actors they chose for the characters. for example, I was not really crazy about Kristen Stewart as Bella and I'm still not, but its up to you.

Because now i know what will happen in the Movie... Which saddens me because I am a Movie Fanatic, and I Любовь being totally engrossed in a Movie, and feeling all the feelings and confusion and pase that goes along with it... But when Ты know how it will end...doesnt that spoil it for you?
So... What I am doing is waiting for New Moon - I will watch it - and then decide if I will finnishe the Книги before Watching the rest of the movies...

Somehow I honestly believe WATCHING these specific Фильмы first is the Right way to do this... Then go deeper...Read it at leisure...

And besides, Its so much nicer to have Обои of Edward Cullen in my head (of Robert Pattinson) than to have imagined him any other way...
And the Soundtrack is so captivating, I can hear it in my head while Чтение it...and long after...

Read the book first if u like Чтение или watch the movie first if u like watching movies.If u want my Совет i would read the book first because Книги have detail and that detail is not in the movie.

Does seeing the films first affect your ability to imagine the characters and scenes your own way?

I read the first book then saw the first film before Чтение the rest of series. I enjoyed them that way, but I think I'd have enjoyed as much if I'd read all the Книги first, или watched all the films first. They stay pretty true to the Книги (or true enough not to irritate me, anyway, unlike certain other series). The films tell the story well enough that I think people could follow it without needing to read the Книги first. But then there's one scene which is changed and I think the change was еще shocking and had еще impact for me because I'd read that part of the book and was expecting it to stick to canon (trying to be vague so that if Ты read the Книги first, Ты might be shocked in the same way).
