But considering everything that Jacob has done for Bella, I think he deserves more credit than he is getting. Recap: If Jacob didn't break off from the pack (in Breaking Dawn) to help out the Cullens from being attacked, the Cullens would have probably lost, from my pov. Surely then there would be no happy ending. Jacob was like a willing masochist in a way, he kinda sacrificed to protect Bella though he was internally suffering.
