I would say Miku. She's pulled off a lot of scary songs and the fact that she has a lot of them. Her high-pitched voice also adds a creepy effect. Luka is good at pulling them off also.

@animeboy123 MIKU IS NOT THE FIRST VOCALOID, she's the 7th......first vocaloid didn't even sing in Japanese...Leon, lola,miriam, meiko, kaito, sweet ann, then MIKU. Not to mention even if she was the first vocaloid it would have nothing to do with how well she sings scary songs but whatever >.>
