Do Ты know his sexuality, this is obviously important, and does he know yours? If he doesn't casually slip it into a conversation, Like saying "So, you've got a girlfriend, right?" или whatever. Also, hang out with him as much as possible, without being to clinging, let him get to know you, and don't be fake about your personality. Hope all this helps :)
