The Fanpop Emmys!!!
Okay, here's how this is going to work. This will be a public contest open to anyone. Ты Отправить a piece of your work (depending on which category) and the public will read and vote on it. All the Голоса will be sent to two moderators (The_Writer and _______). They will tally the Голоса and announce the winners of each category at a pre-determined release date.

As of right now, we need:
1 еще moderator (If Ты agree to this, Ты will be unable to enter any category. All Ты do is tally Голоса and Опубликовать works (anonymously) Отправлено by the contestants)
People willing to enter, read ALL entries, and vote HONESTLY. Don't pick your friends. Don't not pick your Друзья if Ты honestly think their work is the best on fear we'll reject you. We need solid proof to reject Ты from the competition.

NOT PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED или RELATED TO ANYTHING PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED WITH ONLY YJ CANON CHARACTERS (S1 или S2)
for any или all categories (clearly labeled) to both moderators. They will Опубликовать them anonymously and put the link on the forum. After this, go back to the forum, look/read all entries and PM your vote to both moderators AFTER the deadline. (All Голоса before will be rejected)

I know this seems like its as full of holes as Swiss cheese, but let me explain things:
-By sending your work/votes to BOTH moderators, there will be two copies of it and it is near impossible for your vote to be tampered with.
-By publishing anonymously with no OCs, no one can vote for their friends. If moderators find out Ты told anyone which was your story, или Ты Опубликовать it publicly, Ты are rejected from the competition.
-By allowing everyone to vote, it won't be a "who are the moderator's best buddies?" result. It'll be a "who actually did the best?" result.
Anymore questions, leave them below. I'll pretty this up and will start accepting submissions August 1st. The contest deadline is August 10th. The results will be announced August 16th. :)

History: Raised by the joker and abandoned by
parents. Joker taught her evil, but she realized it was wrong and refused to continue. She still keeps close with him and visits him in jail. She joined the team and loved it. She had a demon haunting her and everyone got fed up. She walked away from it all before it went any futher. She had taken the path of evil. Her hair turned black and her eyes turned red from the demon that consumed her. She is still amazed no body hates her for the Demon.....

Bio:
Harley found the large cat while on a mission in India, where she found it being tortured by men, and receiving experimental drugs to enhance its molecular structure's. Harley saved her, and by accidently touching her while unhooking her, they gained a mental/ telepathic link.

Powers: Shift into human and волк form. Hand to hand combat, superspeed in волк form, faster than an average human in human form but not superspeed. Stronger than an average волк and human.
Bio:
After волк left with YJ, he left behind a twin brother, Who was captured by the gorilla Mallah. Mallah hooked him up to a machine that would read his thoughts. While being hooked to that, a power surge occurred, and the волк used this time to escape. But due to the power surge, Rush got the ability to switch from волк form to a human body. And gained super speed in his волк form. As a human he learned English, and hand to hand combat. He traveled until he finally reunited with волк at YJ.
