They left as the sun set in the horizon. Careful not to wake the others, Richi, Aryess, Nic, and Alek quietly left the hotel to finish the long adventure. Traveling across half of the city, none of them spoke a word the whole way through. Finally reaching the Itexicon building, Nic led them into the building from the rooftop. "You'd think they'd have better security..." muttered Richi, obviously suspicious of how easy it was to enter. After finding the stairs down, the 4 carefully climbed down the steps, floor by floor, until they stopped at the 10th floor, where the stairs were barricaded. Seeing no other exit, they entered the room beyond the door and stopped for a moment to observe their surroundings.
"It's a nuclear power plant." noted Richi after a couple of секунды of silence. The other three looked at him, complete disbelief written on their faces. "How can Ты tell?" asked Alek. "It's because...." Richi stopped to think at how he came to that conclusion. " I.... I have no clue." At that moment, the lights went out, and a scuffle was heard. Before Alek could put on his night-vision goggles, he was slugged multiple times in the face, and could do nothing as he was dragged away. секунды later, the lights came back on, and Nic was greeted by a sight that even scared him.
Maddex and Marquez stood across from him with confident smirks on their faces. Далее to Marquez was a Venom-buffed henchmen, who had a dizzy and dazed Alek under his arm. But what stood Далее to the henchmen is what angered him the most.
Richi stood there, eyes glazed over, and his pistol aimed point-blank at Aryess's head, who had been forced on her knees.
"Richi! What the hell are Ты doing!?" yelled Nic. Richi didn't respond, however, and Marquez laughed, an evil grin plastered on her face. "Sorry, pal, but he ain't gonna be replying anytime soon." Nic glared at Marquez with a look of complete hate. "What the hell did Ты do, Marquez!?" She chuckled, and replied, "Little bit o' hypnosis, that's all, pard." Maddex then spoke to Nic, "You fell right into our trap, Nic. I can't believe Ты didn't see this coming, from what I've heard from you. Nic looked at Maddex, a look of loathing on his face. "I didn't expect this...." His expression changed into a grin, and continued, "...but I think Ты miscalculated something." As soon as he was done speaking, Richi turned and fired his pistol at Maddex, who barely dodged the bullet. Alek broke free from under the henchmen's arm, and went over to Nic. Aryess also went over to Nic's side, and Richi quickly followed her after realizing he missed. Maddex and Marquez both looked stunned. "How in God's name-" began Maddex, but was interrupted by Richi, who said, "Like Ты need to know. Now, drop your weapons, and get ready to die." Before the gang could advance, however, Marquez gave a quick whistle, and 30 other Venom-induced henchmen flowed out from another nearby door. Before they could react, a couple of the henchmen knocked the gang to the ground, and one of them recaptured Alek once more. Maddex, with a snarl on his face, sharply said, "Throw him in." The henchman raised Alek over his head and threw him.
Alek, still dazed with pain, went up and fell into one of the nearby tanks full of some material. Richi observed the contents of the tank and his eyes widened. "That tank's full of acidic titanium! That'll kill him!" Maddex laughed and nodded. "Exactly!"
Aryess stared at the twins with a look of shock on her face. "You....you..." The gang slowly stood up, each with the intent of massacring everyone in the entire room. Richi began glowing with a silver light, and everyone was forced to look away as he glowed brighter and brighter.
When the light dimmed, Richi stood in a new outfit, a completely blank and serious look on his face, and a quiver on his back, full of white arrows. A bow was in his hand, which was loaded with 5 arrows, all aimed at several henchmen. Nic looked over at Richi and muttered to himself, "That guy is waay too powerful." Everyone stood still, each waiting for an opportunity. Nic then took out a radio from his pocket, and spoke into it. The Далее moment, all hell breaks loose, and the final fight begins.



A/N: Don't hate me for making the henchman throw Alek in a vat of acidic titanium. Silver's apparently planning something for Alek. I feel like I'm forgetting to mention something, but whatever.
