"THAT MOVIE WAS SO UNREALISTIC!!! THERE WASN’T EVEN A HYDRA IN THE FIRST BOOK!! I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY TOOK OUT ARES; HE’S LIKE ONE OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS!! THEY TOOK OUT A WHOLE CHAPTER!!!” I exclaimed

"Fine, let’s go do some combat training then” I сказал(-а) then I walked over to the mission room

He rushed at me. I sidestepped out of his way and pushed him. He whipped around. I raised my arm to shoulder height and gestured for him to come at me again. This time all I did was brace myself. I caught his hands in mine, flipped him around then kicked him to the ground.
"That was quick” I said, dusting my hands off
"Nice job” Robin complimented as I helped him up.

"Need a sparring partner?” she asked

After the team got here, me and Black Canary got into our positions. I bluff rushed her then did a flip over her head to get behind her. When she turned around I slid under her legs, and took her legs from beneath her.
"Black Canary status: fail” the computerized voice said.
I helped up a shocked looking Black Canary and looked over at the even еще shocked team.
"What? I learned from Ares and Athena what do Ты expect? For me to fail?” I asked
"How did Ты do that?” Black Canary finally asked

I walked into the lounge to find a huge дерево set up. When I say huge I mean the tip is shadowed by the ceiling. Megan Alex and Connor were starting to decorate. I grabbed a grappling hook and shot it into the rafters. Megan was telekinetically keeping a box of decorations up with her and Alex while Connor and Bat’s had their own box on the floor with them. Alex saw me and smiled.
“Wow. First smile I’ve gotten in a long time” I commented
“Tomorrow’s Christmas. I thought it was time to cheer up. Like my mother used to say: Remember your past, look to the future but live the present”...

I opened my eyes and looked at my calendar. It was December 24. Рождество Eve. It was also the three week anniversary of my mother’s death and the week anniversary of her funeral. I dumped my bag on the couch, and ignored Megan's confused expression.
