Three weeks later…
I opened my eyes and looked at my calendar. It was December 24. Рождество Eve. It was also the three week anniversary of my mother’s death and the week anniversary of her funeral. I sighed and felt the locket on my neck. Today, it would gain two еще pictures. I changed into a red вверх with some nice jeans and some converse. I slipped on my green hoodie and flew out the door. They were all specially made for my wings. I flew into the lounge and saw I was the секунда one up. Бэтмен was there too. I flew over to him.
“Hey Batman! Ready to set up the tree?” I asked cheerfully. This was the happiest I’ve been since my mother died.
“Yeah. I just have to grab it. Would Ты mind helping me?” he asked
“No problem” I flew out of the lounge and to a storage room. Бэтмен opened the door and we walked in. He started picking up a box, but it was to heavy for him alone. I grabbed the other side and helped him carry it back to the lounge. We opened the box and I looked in. It was the biggest дерево I’d ever seen.
“Uh, Bat’s. We might need back up” I said. He laughed.
“Not with Ты ,Connor and Megan here” Бэтмен said, walking to the rooms
“Um, Ты may not want to wake Connor up. He might get angry at being woken up at” I looked at my watch “ 7:15 in the morning”
“I’m sure he’ll be fine” Бэтмен сказал(-а) stopping outside his door.
“How about we wake Megan first, then she can telekinetically wake him” I suggested. Бэтмен ignored me and walked in. I went to go wake up Megan. I knocked on her door. Nothing.
“Megan?” I whispered. No response. I opened the door and walked in. Her постель, кровати was in the middle of the room. I walked over to her, but the секунда I went to touch her shoulder, she grabbed my wrist and flung me into the air, kicked me in the stomach, then punched me across the room. I rubbed my stomach and got up, but apparently, that looked like round two. I managed to defend myself this time. I made myself promise that no matter how much I wanted too, I would not fight back.
“Megan!” I managed through gritted teeth “It’s me, Alex!” She immediately stopped fighting.
“Alex!? I am so, so, so sorry!” Megan exclaimed. Бэтмен and Connor ran in.
“Next time Bat’s, you’re waking Megan up” I сказал(-а) as I passed him.
“Okay team. We need to set up the Рождество tree. Megan, you’ll take the middle, Alex will take the вверх and Connor will take the bottom with me” Бэтмен сказал(-а) when we got to the lounge. Бэтмен and Connor set their piece up first, then Megan put her’s on, the finally, I flew up and put the вверх on.

This tree is roughly 20 feet tall. And I thought we'd need back up!

Villain Name: Black Ninja
Age: 1000 years old, but appears to look like a seventeen год old guy.
Powers/Abilities: He's a ninja.....who can teleport and also can summon a shadow army of minions. He is very quick and loves fighting with swords, and the occasional gun. He also is immortal, as to why he is 1000 years old.
History: He has a twin brother who is good, named Ice Cap. (His bio will come later или in my new fanfic) Josh vowed to be evil in order to get back at his brother and will crush anyone in his way. The Justice League has aided his brother before, so Josh has decided that any Justice League member is on his enemy list.
