Zendaya Coleman Is Young Spy in First Promo for New Disney Series \'K.C. Undercover\'

The video introduces viewers to Zendaya\'s K.C. Cooper and her family, including her father and mother who are undercover spies, in the teaser for the upcoming comedy series.

Zendaya Coleman is back on Disney Channel with "K.C. Undercover", more than a year after "Shake It Up" was canceled. The network has now released the first promo for the new series, introducing Zendaya\'s title character and her family of spy.

K.C. Cooper is a high school student training to follow in her parents\' footsteps as an undercover spy. A narrator describes the character as "a counter intelligence specialist who can handle any mission, except when her little brother gets in the way."

The family will contend with everyday familial issues while also performing missions to save the country. Kadeem Hardison plays the family patriarch Craig, Tammy Townsend stars as the mother Kira, Kamil McFadden is K.C.\'s brother Ernie, and Trinitee Stokes is cast as K.C.\'s sister Judy.

Created by Corinne Marshall and executive produced by Rob Lotterstein, the new comedy series will debut in early 2015. Disney Channel has picked up a full season of the show even before it premieres.
