So everyone probably already knows this but I was looking on my tv seeing if I had House recording on the 20th, and this is the little paragraph that tells me about it: "House and Cuddy decide to call in sick in order to explore their feelings for one another; the hospital is left without a neurosurgeon on-site, and the hospital's accreditation is threatened; the team helps a sick colleague, but the case is tough."
