Julie and Dick!

Hi guys, in preparation for the sequel 'Mary Poppins Returns'. Here is my review on the 1964 film!

The Film

I was really amazed by the visualisation of Mary Poppins, especially when 2D animations come to life considering this film was released in the swinging 60's and there were no CGI back then!
I knew Julie Andrews from The Sound of Music, which came out the год later after this film. But Mary Poppins was the first Julie Andrews' film I watched since my childhood days.
This film cheers me up, especially the songs because it's vibrant, colourful and interesting.

Am offering a rendition of tales we all known and loved, well at lease those of my generation. The 1930's is when the first Дисней movie came out...Snow White and the 7 Dwarves. I'm sure the people who could afford it rushed to the theatre to see it. Nowadays everybody has Дисней Channel. Ariel- Ты have to change species in order to find the man of your dreams, even if he loves an evil sea witch, then, when Ты get married (at age 16), get pregnant as soon as Ты can and surprise your whole family by coming back from your honeymoon with a baby (at age 17)!

Giselle- Trusting an old hag to grant Ты a wish won't do Ты any harm, then, ask a stranger to let Ты sleep in his house! Oh, and make sure to infest his house with squirrels.

Recently, I have been doing lots of Дисней research and I noticed something. The Princesses Ages......
Snow White= 14
Cinderella= 19
Aurora= 16
Ariel= 16
Belle= 19
Jasmine= 15 (going to be 16)
Pocahontas= 17-18 (1st movie)
Mulan= 16-20
Tiana= 19
Rapunzel= 18
There's a couple I would like to point out. Snow White, Aurora, Ariel, and Jasmine. Let's start with Ariel. She's 16 and wants to go and marry someone because of, but of course, true love....
