But anyways a lot of the time dysphoria from what I hear is a lot of like, feeling extremely disconnected and uncomfortable with being associated tothings that are associated to your biological sex / sex assigned at birth
Typically from what I get, it isn't really too hard to necessarily identify. I remember at times one of the two of them griping and hating having tits because they just >weren't right< или they weren't supposed to be there или something similar. Often it is an extreme discomfort relating to the sex assigned at birth and the body that is matching it and often an extreme relief when hiding сказал(-а) body или detatching from clothes или social customs regarding it.
Probably the best key would be if the attachment to the gender causes problems and shit mentally / emotionally and/or affects one's confidence and self esteem and comfort and if doing the opposite relieves it / helps and shit.
Idk I don't have gender dysphoria and I barely have any body dysmorphia so I can't say for myself but еще so saying for a friend lmao

To be honest we struggle to determine any of that since all of us experience some level of body dysmorphia so the line gets blurred a lot tbh
Honestly I feel if Ты think Ты have dysphoria Ты generally do at least to some degree unless it is just something like "I dont like skirts". I dunno though tbh I'd need еще information или whatever so like whateves

Honestly though I feel like a big sign is if the general aspects of your biological sex / assigned gender makes Ты feel uncomfortable its might be a sign?
Honestly idk XD Typically I like to say if Ты feel like Ты are experiencing dysphoria Ты are experiencing dysphoria. I don't think such a thing should be policed tbh.
