I used to use 'u' when I was new to having a phone and communicating online but I quickly switched over to 'you'.

I occasionally use it with friends that Im joking with, though occasionally is a very strong word XD

Sometimes I consider typing "u" especially through text message, then I end up typing "you" every time.
