Both are annoying! Besides, I can't imagine my life without loving villains because not loving villains just seems like such a BORING life to live. They're just so much fun and aren't as limited as the good guys, even though I love good guys as well. Besides, without a villain 95% of books, movies, and TV shows would just have absolutely no plot! I mean, for example, how can you have the Emperor's New Groove without Yzma, Kronk, and WRONG LEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This statement annoys me as hell,like you can't tell people that you actually like a villain without them giving you the"WTF?Are you a psycho?"look.

Both are lame and doesn't make sense, you can't know a person just by what kind of character they like! I for one like all kinds of characters, and I love them all for different reasons, some people might not understand, but loving a villain is very normal for everyone really, most of us loves them because; they're entertaining, funny, adds a lot of drama, action and badassery, generally they just add cool elements to movies and shows, and sometimes they are the most interesting and complex characters of all! And I personally love complex characters. I have a really soft spot for villain that do horribly things, but do them for a reason, and actually have a soft and vulnerable side to them, that makes them human... Sometimes I even like characters that are pure evil, but it's the entertainment and drama that those villains brings I like. But I can easily love characters that I would hate in real-life, so it's not the same thing at all... And from all the things I said I doubt anyone could say what kind of person I am in real-life.

And the one I picked; It's like I said, people love or like characters for different reasons, and everyone has different taste anyway, so it just makes ZERO sense!

@SilentForce Right though. It's just omg. There was this one time I was told that I'd probably shoot up a theater in the name of a villain (like that one guy who shot up a theater pretending to be the Joker or something). And I was like, 'wow, now that was rude'. Though it is kind of amusing to see people's faces when I tell them that the villains are my favorites, I usually get the; "but you're so nice!" spiel.

@Katara that gets me every time! And I totally agree; the villains are what makes the show worth watch. They are show gold every time lol.

But I picked this option because nothing annoys me more than that 'you're not a true fan' elitist attitude. Especially since it's usually aimed at people who like the villains and hate the protags. Like shove off and let people enjoy the show. Let people have their own opinions.

@Articuno Exactly! My favorites are usually killers or in general characters who do bad things. Personally I hate hurting people. Liking a character doesn't mean that you are like them or condone all of their actions.
