So, uh, I just dug myself into those horrible, horrible hole where I asked a person if she needed help with her story and ohmygod I do not understand a word she wrote and I keep giving her little tips and advises but she's misunderstanding everything and I really don't want to help her anymore but I dunno how to tell her that and oh god what do I do?! Wow sounds like a real jam; does she know you're having hard time understanding her work because of her grammar, spelling nonexistent story flow, plot, etc? I would say that, because Ты don't understand it, that Ты just can't help her. Just say you're very sorry, but this isn't working out. Hopefully she’ll understand. Больше года

Yep, told her. And I tried telling her what she's doing wrong, like giving her examples and telling her she's not exactly understanding what elements make up a story. I told her that it's great that she's interested in writing, but before jumping into a huge story which she will most likely lose interest in after a while, start small. Practice before even thinking about putting her stuff up in the 'net. She hasn't replied back yet. I'm not really surprised. :/ Больше года
