Sort of. I actually plan on getting a couple of anime themed tattoos. In fact I'll be getting my first one in the next few months. However, I'm not a big enough naruto fan to get something like that inked. The curse mark design looks neat though, unfortunately you'd have to deal with ignorant people assuming you had a tribal tattoo and thinking that automatically meant douchebag. Plus, there are a ton of prudes in the world, so a tattoo on the neck will make it hard to get a job.
