What type of рубашка would go with a pencil skirt?

Im going sorta on a date... Its tuesday of Далее week. & i want to wear something nice. But im not sure what type of вверх to wear with a pencil skirt. (goes to mid thigh, a bit higher) i have a black and white pencil skirt. So what вверх would go with either black или white?
