I started at 14 and 11 months. I would have preferred to start around 13 and 6 months.

I don't need a period until I'm going to have kids, and 25 is when that's happening, so no need for years of unnecessary torture, right?

Well as I have no intention of having kids I could happily never have it in the first place but mine began at 15 and to be honest if it could have left me alone until 18 I would probably have coped with it better.

Huh. I started at 11, and I've been fine. I've had experience and wasn't too unprepared for it throughout middle school, and high school was easy to deal with because I knew what it felt like and what to expect and when to prepare, etc.

I actually don't or didn't have a specific age I wanted to start. 11 was the age I started and that was that.

Of course, I had to start when I'd just turned 10 didn't I -_-

It would have been nice to start at 12. But I got mine at 11.
