While I do believe the comet quote could be used to represent Brooke in Lucas's life I haven't really evaluted the theory. Brooke IS the queen of hearts. Everything points it to her. She wears red all the time, she was carrying roses etc etc. I really think Mark dropped the ball on the symbolism in this one.

If i had to choose one, it would definitely be the QOH theory. I've explained it many times, but it's just very easy to see why so many people think this... Some LP'ers might find it silly, but i find it very strange that not only did Brooke herself say she was the QOH back in S2, then there's the fact that red is Brooke & the QOH's signature color. And Brooke carrying the roses in the 6x01 dream - QOH is known for carrying roses.

I get why this would sound ridiculous, but like Holly said, there's facts to support this theory! Brooke calling herself the QOH, wearing red all the time which is the color of QOH, walking up to Lucas when Gus held up the QOH card, carrying red roses...so this definitely isn't just a theory that just popped up outta nowhere.
