Anyone got any original ideas for a birthday present?

It smy best Друзья birthday soon and im really stuck as to what to get her. Last год she was 18 and i filled a box with 18 things- some of them were fun wee things that meant things to her and me- like her favourite chocolates- and some were new presents, This год she is 19 and i need another cool, original, personal idea for a present...

Any ideas would be really helpful thanks :)
