I just felt like posting the differences between the songs that played when DE danced, kissed, then ultimately made Любовь with SE's Любовь scene music. I'll start with SE's first. The song is Cut by Plumb.

Notice how these lyrics describe finding relief through cutting oneself, pain, and feeling cold/alone. The Музыка in TVD is usually very telling of the situation или mirrors feelings. This is not the typical kind of song that a person thinks would play during a Любовь scene. It's too tragic in my opinion to be considered for the true Любовь story of the show. Notice how THESE lyrics describe falling in love, finding warmth, and settling down. This song is еще of what I picture for a good Любовь scene. I especially Любовь the verse: "From hate to love, from Любовь to lust, from lust to truth" because do Ты realize how fitting it is for DE's journey? ;) Elena started understanding Damon, but then he made a mistake and she сказал(-а) she hated him....through time they loved each other as Друзья and eventually it turned into desire. From desire, it's now turning into the truth in that Elena loves Damon. This is how I interpret it anyway, other people might take something different from it of course. It seems that Chris Mollere also likes using Ed Sheeran songs for DE scenes.
