When I had seen the Предварительный просмотр for The ужин Guest, I couldn't resist playing on it, but instead of Katherine always mimicking Elena I decided that Elena would try to pass herself off as Katherine for a change. And passing herself off as Katherine she would give in to getting together with Damon.

Patience is a virtue my fellow Delena shippers and I felt the need to write that article, because I see a lot of DErs feel dissapointed after the last episode. Let me start by saying that I also felt that the writers "let me down" and I was really pissed off once the episode finished because I expected some development in their relationship. The thing is, that after I calmed down I realised that I shouldnt ask for something more, now. What I mean is that for me Damon and Elena's Любовь story IS the story of that show. I didn't know what to call this article. I decided to name it after a movie because the DE scene in 'Rose' reminded me a little of one of my favourite scenes in the film 'Love Actually'. So after the last episode was aired the Damon hate started again. Over what? Damon saying to Elena, “Let me be clear about something. If it comes down to Ты and the witch again I will gladly let Bonnie die. I will always choose you.”

The hate doesn’t make any sense. Ok so Damon was sweet and nice to Bonnie. I bet some Фаны thought that he cared about her but guess what? He never cared about her! He may respect / understand her, but he’s never gonna actually care for her on a romantic level! And as of right now I don’t see him caring about her at all. All I see is respect...
