I'm intrigued by this twist you mention. Almost worried to reply, really, for fear of being an idiot. I would tell this woman to do what she wanted to do with her baby/fetus. If she chose to get an abortion, I wouldn't begrudge her that, and if she chose to keep it, I wouldn't mind either.
