Mine is the Brachiosarus.

Spinosaurus. Though he was greatly exaggerated in Jurassic Park 3 (RL, T-Rex would win), Spinosaurus was still an Apex predator and definitely one of a kind.

I recently had a new favorite- Diabloceratops. I like this dinosaur because of the meaning of its name, which is 'Devil Horned Face" and I just find this Ceratopisan interesting.

Spinosaurus: 15.24 m( 50 ft) long, 5 to 6.25 m (16.5 to 20 feet) tall weighs 6.6 tonnes / 7.5 tons.

FIRST EVER SWIMMING DINOSAUR!

Micropachycephalosaurus. To my knowledge it is the smallest herbivorous dinosaur ever discovered and therefore the most harmless in my opinion.

However, I think Amargasaurus, Therizinosaurus, Hypsilophodon, Oryctodromeus, Troodon, Microraptor, and Mei are some of my избранное in terms of interesting-ness.
