Is Snow White set in Switzerland?

As I was looking at the Куклы of the World, and I was looking the Swiss Барби and I was wondering if Snow White's costume is inspired from it? Here is the link.

Disney's Snow White ,however, is actually from Great Britain, as we can see by the cottage the seven dwarfs live in and also by her dress typical Tudor England's style.
