I'll just get right to the point.
The Flag:
The flag shown on the ship was not used until at least 100 years after the time the film is set.
.____. I knew something was fishy about that flag.... 
Poca's hair:
ahh, her hair... Lovely isn't it? How it luciously blows in the wind.... But... Isn't it strange how WELL it blows? I mean... My hair is now almost that legnth, and even when the wind is high, it never gets so much as past my back...
So either that is some pretty WICKED wind, или she has some LIGHT hair... Maybe both.
But, if the wind WERE that crazy, then why doesn't it blow the crap out of the trees, или john Smith's hair, или even send Flit flying in the distance? Hm...
The birds: But... What... How... WHAAA?! Look at these images; I screencapped them from the movie and seperated them with a white line. Note that each picture are BARELY секунды apart! 
And I didn't Редактировать the birds! Don't believe me? click link for a quick look at the scene.
Position switch: What I mean by this, is just when Powhatan is about to kill john smith... She comes running from the crowd and plunges herself over John... And John smith is facing the SAME direction as Powhatan when he's about to be killed. But then.... He's to the side? Either way... ONE of them, или both of them... changed positions. 
John Smith's voice Ты may или may not have noticed... But John Smith is of course, voiced by Australian actor Mel Gibson.. But the thing is, Johnny's voice and accent fades in and out through Australian. Hey, can't blame Mel... It's in his blood!

I'm sorry but I disagree with each side. I mean I agree with each side but I don't. I think both sides of the argument are taking things way too far, and it doesn't need to.
Frozen Фаны need to just accept that not everyone likes this movie and Холодное сердце haters need to learn that they are being just as rude as the Холодное сердце Фаны and they just need to stop.
Both sides really need to stop because they're ruining this movie for me. They already ruined Elsa for me, and soon, I'll hate the whole thing, even Anna, who's my Избранное DP.

Apart from Пение and Показ courtesy and respect to a young maid of lower status, there's literally no interaction and no scenes to understand his personality. It was kind of creepy for me that he'd Kiss a supposedly dead maiden. So yeah, he's the last in my list.

Spoiled rich brat who didn't even learn after plundering all the ancestoral wealth and thought of fixing it the easy way to find a rich girl to marry. Too flirtatious, too lazy, too laid-back...
