I will not be including her as a Mermaid simply because this is her as a woman in a dress not with a tail on. If I was to rate her as a mermaid it would be 10 but as a human 0. 4. Tiana's оранжевый dress

I don't think this dress is ugly, but most users agreed that it was very plain, and some didn't like the color on Tiana very much.
