Difference between Fanfictin and Fictionpress?

Whats actually the different between those two sites?
I only know they are both founded by Xing Li.

As I understand it, fictionpress is for original Письмо which isn't based on any film, TV programme, book etc. And fanfiction.net is (obviously) for fanfiction.
